Scope of Services

Guest Sticker Co provides custom‑built sticker products and systems for hospitality professionals, including but not limited to property QR stickers, portfolio‑level systems, custom sticker projects, and wholesale programs. All services are tailored to the specific project scope agreed upon at the time of order.

Project Intake & Approval

Design work begins after required project intake information is submitted and payment terms are satisfied. Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information prior to the start of design. Delays or revisions caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may impact timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before design work begins.
 

• Single‑property products: Payment is due in full at the time of order.

• Portfolio, custom, or system‑based projects: A deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due before final artwork delivery or production.

• Wholesale orders: Payment is due in full prior to production.

Production, printing, or delivery will not proceed until the balance is paid in full.

Artwork Ownership & Licensing

All artwork, designs, layouts, illustrations, and creative materials produced by Guest Sticker Co (“Artwork”) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Guest Sticker Co unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Upon full payment, Client is granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Artwork solely for the intended sticker program for which it was created. This includes placement, display, and reordering of stickers produced by Guest Sticker Co.

This license does not permit the Client to modify the Artwork, reproduce it for unrelated uses, provide it to third‑party vendors or printers, distribute digital files, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

No ownership rights or copyrights are transferred unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Artwork Buyouts

At the Client’s written request, Guest Sticker Co may offer a full artwork buyout for an additional fee. A buyout transfers ownership of the final approved Artwork files only and does not include underlying design processes, system methodologies, QR routing strategies, or unapproved concepts.

Not all projects are eligible for artwork buyouts. Portfolio systems and wholesale programs may not qualify due to system dependencies and reproduction controls.

Revisions

Revision limits, if applicable, are defined at the time of project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Minor revisions include small layout or text adjustments. Major revisions include changes to direction, structure, or scope.

QR Code Functionality

QR codes may be static or dynamic depending on the agreed project scope. Optional enhancements such as dynamic QR functionality are offered only when applicable and are billed separately.

Guest Sticker Co is not responsible for changes made to third‑party websites, booking platforms, or external tools beyond the sticker system.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of design and production work, payments are non‑refundable once design work has begun. If a project is canceled prior to design start, refunds may be issued at Guest Sticker Co’s discretion, less any administrative or processing fees.

Production & Reorders

All reorders are produced from approved artwork. Guest Sticker Co does not release production files unless a documented artwork buyout has been completed.

Wholesale and retail programs are reproduced under Guest Sticker Co’s control to ensure consistency and quality.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Guest Sticker Co retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, galleries, case studies, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Guest Sticker Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of Guest Sticker Co’s principal place of business.
