Refund policy

All design work is custom and begins only after payment and required intake information are received.

• Design fees and deposits are non‑refundable once design work has begun.

• If a project is canceled before design work starts, a refund may be issued at Guest Sticker Co’s discretion, less any administrative or processing fees.

For portfolio, system‑based, or custom sticker projects:

• Deposits secure time and system design work and are non‑refundable once work begins.

• The remaining balance is due prior to final artwork delivery or production and is not refundable after delivery.

All stickers are produced to order using approved artwork.

• Refunds are not available for printed or produced items once production has begun.

• Guest Sticker Co does not accept returns on custom merchandise.

Wholesale orders are custom produced and final sale.

• Wholesale payments are non‑refundable once production has started.

• Reorders are produced using approved artwork and specifications.

If your order arrives with a production defect or if Guest Sticker Co made an error in fulfillment, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery with photos and details.

Guest Sticker Co will review the issue and, if confirmed, may offer a replacement or correction. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

Project cancellations after design work or production has begun are not eligible for refunds. Any work completed up to the cancellation point will remain billable.

Guest Sticker Co is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or issues beyond our control once an order has shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable.
