Refund Policy

At The Guest Sticker Company, each sticker is custom-designed with care and creativity. Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we’re committed to making sure you love what you receive.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the custom nature of our designs, all purchases are non-refundable once your order has been approved and sent to print.

 

2. Design Approval

  • Before printing, you’ll have the opportunity to preview your design and request one round of changes. Once approved, the design is considered final.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your stickers arrive damaged or there’s an error in the final printed product due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly—whether that means a reprint or another solution.

 

4. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim or tracking your package.
