At The Guest Sticker Company, each sticker is custom-designed with care and creativity. Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we’re committed to making sure you love what you receive.
1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our designs, all purchases are non-refundable once your order has been approved and sent to print.
2. Design Approval

Before printing, you’ll have the opportunity to preview your design and request one round of changes. Once approved, the design is considered final.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your stickers arrive damaged or there’s an error in the final printed product due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly—whether that means a reprint or another solution.
4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim or tracking your package.
